„AVIA” VMX-30 – A VERTICAL MACHINING CENTRE

The „AVIA” VMX-30 vertical machining centre with Heidenhain TNC-426 control has options for dialogue programming and graphic program simulation. The machining centre is operated by an AlphaCAM software.

The technical specification of a numerically controlled machine tool is the following:

The machine tool operates with a Heidenhein TS 220 measuring probe and a Heidenhain TT120 tool probe. It is used in both piece production (the manufacture of prototypes) and large lot production. Rich tooling enables manufacture of various instruments, blanking tools, dies and gauges for foundry moulds, as well as milling operations carried out on workpieces of all types.

The individual steps of AlphaCAM program operation involve:
